      How many terminals does JFK airport have?

      There are only six terminals. Although the terminals start with Terminal 1 and finish with Terminal 8, there are only six actual terminals. Terminal 3 and Terminal 6 no longer exist, having been demolished several years ago.

      How do you travel around the terminals at JFK?

      There’s a quicker way to move between terminals.

      JFK offers a complimentary shuttle service called the AirTrain. It connects all of the terminals and is located ahead of security.
